ION Health and Fitness is brilliant! Bernard’s dedication to his classes particularly during these challenging times has been second to none. My son attends his kickboxing classes. These classes have been organised so well by Bernard and his team, making booking so easy by using a very simple booking app. It has been fantastic that my son has been able to continue training to such a high level and standard, maintaining his fitness and his love of the sport. Thank you Bernard and I have no doubt ION will just grow from strength to strength. Looking forward to getting back to the Bantry Ladies Keep Fit Class - excellent fitness class with all levels of fitness catered for by Bernard. Enjoyed it so much prior to the pandemic! - Carmel C
